October 2004

Here is a list of the goodies for Wild Bunch Members this year.

The first few that register will receive this new Wild Bunch Embroidered hat instead of the printed one. While they last. These hats have over 15,000 embroidered stitches and 9 colors. They are super nice.

The beach bags are nice Large Canvas style. Big enough to carry most anything you want to the pool. We will have 1 bag for each couple.

The T shirts as of extremely high end quality, and they do not fade and do not shrink. Please remember this when ordering also the t shirts seem to run about a size larger, so dont over size yourself. These are not cheapos, They are thick, heavy and dont wear out. Sorry, I know thick and heavy makes them hotter at Hedo but we want some decent quality and we want you to have a great treasured souviner. Each person gets one

Our plans are to send each couple 1 Hat and 1 visor as the ladies seem to really prefer the Visor, and the men prefer the hats.

This time we will have nice 24oz Mugs with a lid, and they are insulated!! It seemd that the sport bottles were not insulated and caused the ice to melt too fast for most of our liking.

Of course you will want the door sign to put on your door at Hedo. They will have your name on them and also come with Self adhesive that actually will stick to your room door, prominetly identifying you as a Wild Bunch member. Staff is know to leave special treats in Wild Bunch rooms -grin-

And finally you will want your lanyard and ID tag. This signifies you as a Wild Bunch member subject to all access to all those special activities and allows for others to identify you should they arrive at a different time than you. Each will be imprinted especially for you with your name and Wild Bunch access id number and bar code on them. It will also allow for your room key card to hang there too and experience has proven this to be invaluable and a must have.

All these items are treasured goodies and are highly sought after be everyone. They will all last many years. We'ver had no complaints as yet.

October 2003

We just got in visors, they are super nice. So we will be sending visors to all the Gals (till they run out, then Hats) and Hats for the guys. The hats this time will be All White and they are really nice too. All the goodies we had in May we will again have with a bonus for the early birds, so get on the list now. These are not yet the correct photos but I will have them soon.

We will have the Lanyards along with the ID Tags. The Lanyards are Embroidered With Wild Bunch Jamaica all around the neck strap. This will come in handy for keeping up with your room key and Your Wild Bunch ID tag. In addition the ID Tags are numbered and Barcoded for those Special needs to keep track of our "Other" fun to be described later. You will need these ID cards for special access. We had to require them in some instances last May. Also these ID cards will get you discounts on many optional non included tours and options that you might choose from that we have negotiated for you.

As a bonus and only while they last we will have full size chair towels on a 1st come 1st serve basis. They will have your name on them and are great for marking your lounger.

This time for october Hedo-Ween we will be printing the shirts also on the back. The front will have our new Wild Bunch Logo on it, but the back will have our New 2003 Hedo-Ween Logo.

May 2003

Once again we will have Hats Tshirts (Maybe Visors) and Beach Bags. All with the Brand new Wild Bunch Logo on them. Once again Sunset Bill came thru for us with another outstanding Logo Design.

These are easy to fill by the bartenders and also easy to carry around with you. And yes again we will have the popular Wild Bunch Tattoos! And of course, room door signs for each of our rooms.

October 2002

Be sure and have your Wild Bunch ID card handy when you check in. As you arrive at the resort be SURE and Ask for Michelle Davis. She is the cordinator assigned to us. She is in an office right behind the front desk. She will get you introduced to the other members in the group if you are new. If you are an old timer she will show you where the rest of the group is at the moment.

It's not requied by any means, but if you will wear your Wild Bunch T Shirts Hats and Etc when you check in it will assist the Hotel staff in identifying you right away as a member. And we can find you too. We will have a welcoming party near the Lobby as often as possible.

Many Many things are happening. As promised we will deliver. IF YOU HAVE been to Hedonism III this trip will be like None other. If you have never been you will never forget this trip. Kevin Levee the general manager, as announced special prizes that have never been duplicated. Be prepared for SPECIAL and added prizes. Many will be halloween costumes, but there will also be ROOM DECORATION prizes. You should be prepared to decorate your room in the Hedo-Ween Theme. They ask no nails in the walls and no painting the walls. So lets hear some room decor ideas.......... Woooo Hooooo, More to come!!!!!!!!!!

Dont forget to bring Room decorations for your room. Prizes will be awarded for best room.

We now will have discounts available ONLY to Wild Bunch Members for special select Tours at the tour desk at the resort. Be sure and have your Wild Bunch Access card with you to obtain these special discounts.

We have just been told that Michelle Davis, One of our favorite sales co-ordinators from the past has returned to the resort, and she has been assigned to our group for October.

The October trip will have some prizes to be included Looks like some HedoBucks and maybe even some cash prizes.

As soon as you check in please be sure and ask for Christine. She is our co ordinator on site. She will direct you to the other members of the group. She will also make sure you get your room upgrades as available.
You should be able to find most of the group around the nude pool 24 hours a day. Just get to the nude pool and ask-Yell for the Wild Bunch. To find me , just ask anyone. Ive never been able to hide from anyone and it seems everyone, including the staff, keep pretty good tabs on me. I will get you introduced to eveyone that has already arrived.

This year we will have Printed Shirts, Hats, Visors, Beach bags, Door Signs, and of course the famous removeable tattoos, personally applied by Cheryl. Beach Bags will probably be limited to one per couple, and each couple should get a hat for the guy and a visor for the gal and everyone should get a T Shirt, Be sure and get your sizes into me.

These shirts are of higher quality than in the past. I have purchased the equipment my self just for our group, so they are no longer Iron on type.... the image is actually dyed into the shirt. The shirts are also a higher grade top quality shirt designed to last for years. You should also send me private email so that I can turn your names into our co ordinator there at the resort, you can make it private email if you like, I will have the resort try and place us all close together and get us free room upgrades when possible. Also if you have room preferences you can send this to me at the same time. Even if your preferences are unusual, Ill put them on the list. They carry more weight on our group list. Reguardless of what room you booked and paid for, Ill be sending them a list so that will help too, plus will associate you with our group for other perks that come our way. Also any names I have will only be used for this purpose.

Once again we will be having the Mr and Ms Wild Bunch Contest. We will be crowning the 2002 Mr and Ms. This year they will again receive the sashes but they will also receive the Crown and Tiera for the appropiate crowning. The raining Mr and Ms from last year will not be there so they will not be able to properly relinquish their crown, but they will be missed! We are working on other goodies for the winners to be announced. The contest usually is conducted by the Hedonism III entertainment staff.

We will again have the door signs to identify Wild Bunch members. They will be in your welcome packet. Please be sure and place them on your room door.

On the major event nights you will find large tables with "Reserved for Wild Bunch", These seats at the main table are available to all in the group, first come first seated at these tables. If dinner starts and these seats do not fill we will certainly allow others to join us and fill them so as not to hinder the restaurant's ability to serve other guests.....

Dont forget to ask for Christine immediately on your arrival. She will double check any room upgrades for you and also make sure you find the rest of the group. She will be our assigned co-ordinator.

Sunset Bill revised our log this year and removed references to Hedonism as many folks wanted to wear these shirts back home and like the change.

May 2001

We now have a Logo. All thanks to Becca and her friend Sunset Bill who did the artwork. This logo is at the top of this page. We have now made Tshirt transfers, Ball Hat Transfers, and Removeable Skin Tattoos. To keep us all at no expense, we have the transfers, all the group must do is bring a plain white T Shirt and or Hat and we can Iron these on at Hedo.

As for use of the logo. Anyone is free to use it anyway they choose. We are all in it for fun anyway.

I am not the leader. You want a leader? You be it! Im Just a guy in the group that horses around all the time, "grin" and I like to see people having a good time, nothing more. My practice causes me to have to be serious all the time and this is a VACATION! At Hedo This year (unless something changes) I will be in room 614, just 5 steps from the Nude pool on the ground floor. Cheryl and I should arrive noonish on the 19th and we will be there till the 26th. But rest assured other member of the group will be there before and after these dates.

Who is this group? Couples? Singles? Old? Young? Swingers? Nudists? What? We probably are a make up of all the above and maybe more. Most of us do not know each other. The 2000 group had never met till we got to Hedo. The 2001 group is about the same, other than a couple of pairs of couples are friends and traveling together, But for the most part have never met either. So, we are basically all new to each other. To top it off, most of each year's group so far are 1st time Hedo III visitors. I think only 3 or 4 couples have ever been before. Whay all this for a bunch of people most of which have never met? No Reason, Just want to make new friends and have a blast on our vacation. Many in this group consider this a once in a lifetime vacation for them.

There are many other great things that the resort does for our group. Some small and some large. I dont like to promise things I may not can control, but Ill be asking for all the perks the resort has to offer for our group."grin"

Email Rules. Until we have problems, our email or Listserv or Mail List as it is sometimes called, is open to "open discussion". Please be aware that every individual may or may not share the same interests. Since we are all going to an adult resort the content of the messages are certain to be more on the ADULT side of discussion. Please be aware of this. If you dont like the content, please speak up, or simply avoid such messages, but be prepared they do get into adult discussions. If you are offended I ask that you email the offender and see if there is a solution or a miscommunication. I do not wish to control the discussion. If need be, we will have as many different Mail Lists as needed, but I feel this would defeat the purpose of everyone learning about each other. More likely than not you will find people have more or less in common than you do and you will be better able to meet the people that interest you the most on arrival. We are not a group that requires we all do the same thing or stick together etc. We are a group of which many will stick together to make new friends. Others may meet and do things with others in the group. Just friends and fun is the whole idea. Attachments & Photos are NOT Permitted in the List. Should you have photos to share, send them to me and Ill be happy to distribute for you as many have asked not to receive such bulk in their email. Also ads, promos not pertaining to our trips, or chain letters are also not permitted. Violations will get you banned.

Chat Rooms Any of our chat rooms are open to all members of the group, And subject to rules as may be set from time to time by the existing moderator. Please be respectful of others while in the chatrooms.
